Mark Leggett

Chairman of the Board

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Energy sectors both on and Offshore. He has held Executive and Board roles with AKER Solutions, Kvaerner, SIMON CARVES, UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Pacific Nuclear Transport, Shoreline AS, Global Marine and Marubeni Power. Mark formed his own consultancy business Square1 Limited and has supported multiple business turnarounds and start ups.

Andy Land

Managing Director

Over 30 years’ experience in Offshore Oil and Gas and Renewables with Tri-State, Weatherford, BJ/Baker Oil Tools, Franks International and self-employed providing services to the O&G/Renewables markets as well as Seajacks (UK). Through various well known companies he has held progressive roles in field operations. His most recent role prior to founding WellCut was Offshore Operations Manager at Claxton.

Wes McDonald

Commercial Director

Over 30 years’ experience in Offshore Oil and Gas with Rowan Companies holding progressive roles starting in field operations, progressing up to and including Middle East Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. His most recent role prior to founding WellCut was Offshore Operations Manager at Seajacks (UK) utilising self-propelled jack-up vessels in both Oil and Gas as well as the Renewables sector.
